Another round of rate drops from Europe, Britain
The European Central Bank and Bank of England both cut rates for the second month in a row. The Bank of England cut rates by 1%, following a 1.5% cut last month and the European Central Bank cut by 0.75% on top of a 0.5% cut. Central Bank Rates at a Glance
